Benchmark: Alternative to thrusters for low ceilings?
Hello all!
I'm on my last week of Strong 3 (LOVING IT) and looking for my next programme. I've just about settled on Benchmark, but I notice the Benchmark workout includes thrusters. My workout space is in my basement, and even doing slow, controlled overhead presses, I sometimes hit the ceiling, so I normally do them either sitting on my bench or (for single-arm variations) half-kneeling.
Does anyone have a good alternative exercise? The only thing I can think of is doing squats, rewinding the video, and then doing seated overhead presses, but that loses the full-body co-ordination aspect.
