Lifting heavier and staying lean

I have bumped up the amounts of weight I lift recently, but I noticed I am bulking up (I have the tendency to add muscles easily).

Is there a way to keep lifting heavy (e.g 30 Kgs/66lbs total) without bulking up excessively?

I also notice Tasha lifts quite heavy, but she isn’t bulky. Does this have to do with a person’s body type?

Any insights will be appreciated.
