Hello everyone and how was everyone's weekend because mine was a blast and I had so much fun because my best friend Ashton invited me to go to a Valetine's Day dance last night. I went to the dance with her and after the dance I got to go back home with here and spend the night there and my mom and Allen picked me up the next morning to go grocery shopping. I had so much fun with Ashton at the dance and there was at least 20 to 30 people there at the dance and there was lots of good songs playing there at the dance, good food, and good friends.
Moving on to workouts the workout that I had on Friday was a burner lower body workout with Amanda, on Saturday was killer upper body workout with Daniel, and today was a core workout with Amanda also a burner. Tomorrow I have another upper body workout with Daniel and I know that I'm going to not lift as heavy on the exercises after the one, I did yesterday my arms were feeling it this morning when I got out of bed. I can tell that this program so far is definetely going to be a lot of sore muscles from after doing the workouts everyday but I'm tearing the muscles in a good way and making them stronger to lift up a lot more weight and heavier things.
But I think maybe after going to bed tonight and stretching out relaxing the muscles from the upper body workout that I had yesterday, will feel so good on my shoulders since I think I slept wrong on them last night when I went to bed last night at Ashton's house.
