HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group February 11th

Good Saturday morning!

I am so glad that the weekend is here. I have been training a colleague coming back to her position as District Coordinator and it is draining to talk all day. She is taking part in the Biggest Winner challenge as well, so we both get a break whenever we’ve scheduled a workout.

I have decided that today will be a day to relax, doing some reading, watching biathlon and figure skating, watching series with David, taking a walk to enjoy what is supposed to be a sunny day, doing a dance workout just for fun, and completing my now daily stretching and meditation. A full day of doing things I truly enjoy.

How will you choose to make this day a great one? Maybe you will choose to take a walk in nature, maybe you will be getting together with friends, maybe it will be getting a pesky house chore done and out of the way, or just resting while enjoying a good book. The beauty of this new day is you can make it a great one in any way you like 🙂
