As for me: I'm definitely ready for some weekend vibes! I'm tired! I'm ready for a bit of chill and a slow down.
But before we get there, let's talk workouts! What do your workouts look like for today?
Guys, I'm so sore from the 66 minutes lower body Tasha routine yesterday. My hamstrings and my upper back are like whoa. So sore. Yeowza. So today, I think I'll take it down a notch. Even though I am very tempted to try the newest workout release with the newest FB trainer (Hi Erica!! And welcome to FB!), I think that one's gonna have to wait. I think I'll opt for Amanda's upper body and core Pilates routine instead.
And what's on the menu for today, Blendiez? Anything good?
Not sure as of yet. Will figure that out later!
Finally: a pic! To round out our anti-theme theme week: here's a mini pomegranate! My dwarf pomegranate tree is attempting to put out fruit for the first time--but it's in danger! From a tiny Mable creature who is hellbent on stealing the tiny fruits! Every time she walks past it, Mable tries to snatch the little pomegranate off the tree. The little turd.
Ok, I think that's enough from me for this week!
