It's a bit of a nicer day here--there's actual sunshine! I mean; that's a big deal! We almost never see the sun in winter, so I'm enjoying it today.
You know what else Imma enjoy? Workouts! So what workouts do you have planned for today, Blenderz?
Have you guys tried Kelli's new "Walking in the Forest" workout? I did it yesterday as an extended warmup, and I love it! The scenery, the sounds; just gorgeous! Highly recommend giving it a try if you haven't yet! As for today though, I think I am in need of some Pilates core work with Amanda.
And what about some good food goin on today, Blendiez? What's on the menu?
Well the Tuscan chicken pasta I was gonna make yesterday didn't happen; so I'm hoping to get to it today.
Finally a pic! I took a piece of black paper outside when it was snowing the other day to try to get some pics of snowflakes. Instead, I got a perfectly melted snowflake! You can kinda see it there in the middle of the pic, to the right a bit. I thought it was amazing that it melted perfectly in shape!
Ok, I think that's enough from me today!
