It's kind of a yucky day here weather-wise. Freezing rain all over everything--gross! I'm hoping it'll at least warm up enough today to melt it so that the whole of outside isn't just a huge ice skating rink.
Regardless of that though, I still got workouts inside to look forward to! So, Blendiez, how about you? What's happenin on the workout front today?
Yesterday I did some good lower body work with my good buddy Kelli. Today, I think need some upper body work with Daniel to round everything out. One of his newer push-pull upper body vids oughta work!
And what's on the menu for today, Blenderz?
Imma check the freezer for chicken, and if I have some, I'm gonna make a Tuscan chicken pasta.
Finally, a pic! Ya'll know how I like themes of things; so this week's theme is almost an anti-theme, because it's random. But they're all gonna be pics of random things that I find cool. So today, we've got a tiny egg! Betty (bob)White laid her first tiny quail egg a few days ago! Isn't it cute? I have it next to a Smaug egg for comparison. If you want to get real technical about the size difference, Betty's egg weighs 7.5 g, and Smaug's egg weighs 67 g. Which means Smaug's egg is approximately 9 times bigger than Betty's egg. So tiny!
Ok, I think that's enough from me today!
Thank you all for checking in with me, and I hope you have a great day!
Take care, Blendfriendz!
