Some weeks I feel on, others I feel off.

I decided to start living a more healthy lifestyle, which includes losing weight by default, several months ago. I have been consistent in my diet and in working out. I notice that some weeks during this journey, I can *feel* that I have come a long way, in the sense of my body. I just feel healthier, lighter, like I kill my workouts. But then, it will change, and for a week or so, I start to feel the exact opposite. I feel heavier, like I am sub par doing my workouts, and I wonder why, and if anyone else experiences this. It goes back and forth like this I've noticed, and I would really prefer to feel the former way all the time!
