Just Completed my FB body weight program.

this is my PFT on first day:

1. 1mile run time did not test

2. Push up 14

3. Squat 100

4. Plank time 2:04.74

5. Sit n reach -1.1

6. Waist size 39.5

and on my last day is:

1. 1mile run time did not test

2. Push up 21

3. Squat 125

4. Plank time 3:02.74

5. Sit n reach 0.0

6. Waist size 37.5

will be doing second round next week.
