My Goals (This Year)

In addition to my main goal of getting myself to a point of health for potential bilateral lung transplant, I have set my sights on doing one Program every month, completing at least one new-to-me workout every day. So far, I have done just that!

Last month, I completed FB Low Impact Round 2. Seeing as how I had already completed a lot of the workouts within the program, I substituted in new workouts. Some were even level 4! 😁

I compiled a few different workouts in order to make a new routine for today (day 4 of Strong Round 1).

I did this routine after an additional lower body warmup and feel great! This turned into a strength + cardiopulmonary workout. 🔥 I should have waited until #WorkoutComplete to take a shower, but hindsight is 20/20. 🥵
