Working out with FB while TRAVELING!

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone could recommend some FB workouts I could do while traveling. I'm going to be traveling for work for the next month and wont have access to a gym or weights, I'm going to carrying resistance bands. I want to keep going as much as I can with my exercise routing.

I'm not sure what I should focus on if I'm only able to work out three days a week. would that be lower body, upper/core, lower with hiit with each of those routines?

Any and all suggestions and recommendations are REALLY APPRECIATED!
