Hello beautiful Blenders,
It is already Friday again. How are we all doing?
I'm actually not to bad. I mentioned that I wanted to lose the weight I gained but my body isn't cooperating in the way I wished for. However, as we all know a number on the scale is just a number and doesn't say anything about how I really feel. There is for example my resting heart rate which drop significantly what tells me that my heart is getting into shape. Same with my belly. I lost a couple of centimeters and my overall body shape is also changing. Transforming fat into muscles takes time and muscles are heavier as we know. So overall I'm progressing well. I feel stronger, I feel bouncier, and I'm not in a hurry.
So what are you up to today? Workout, rest, wellness?
