Just finished the first day of FB Complete (again) :) and it brought up something I have wondered about for a while. I can lift far less in lunges than in squats or deadlifts. Even comparing the ratio of weight between K & D and what they lift for various lower body strength training, I am lifting far less weight relative to my other movements.
Anyone else not able to lift as much in lunges?
