I was hoping for a little advice on a recent problem/struggle I'm having. I've been using FB for almost 3 years now, and I've always struggled with executing proper deadlifts. At first, I hurt my back from keeping my legs too straight. Then, I focused on my hamstrings, but they'd hurt the next day (not the 'good' kind of sore). I finally focused on my glutes, and the deadlifts feel right.
My problem is that my feet point outward naturally, so when I put them straight for a deadlift, I feel it mainly in my right glute. I thought maybe exercising in general would help correct my stance. I don't know if I'm just hurting myself more by keeping my feet straight or if I should just use my natural stance.
