Hi Blendfriends!

First day of new month! It is a short one, so how do you plan to seize it?

Quick reminder about mental health, maybe make it a priority this month?

This morning was day 3 of core. The work out was a low impact cardio plus core. I was surprised how the cardio actually got my heart rate going. I must have been doing it right. I think the core part could have been more intense, given it is a core challenge. The sun is shining so maybe a quick run afterwork just to get the legs moving really well.

I surprised myself last night, and although I was very tired, I did 25 minute yoga for my back and a happy heart. I was happy I did it. But I think tonight I need also my acupressure mat and pillow.

Leftovers for dinner and I will continue with the puzzle. This one is my enemy puzzle. 2000 pieces, black and white, and it is not the same quality as my Ravensburger so the pieces get stuck easy and damaged. It is amazing how some pieces can really fit perfectly into the spot they don't belong.
