New Week, New routine, New Meal Plan

I've spent the last few weeks preparing for this. Slowly brought my endurance up, made some changes to my meals here n there, studied my eating habits and got my mind set on paying attention to my body.

I'm READY for NEW! 😁😁

I have a 52 minute butt an thigh workout today.

It's looks like a nice hot ass routine. Weights + Pilates + Low Cardio. Can't wait to see the work you put in
