Happy Sunday Ppals,
I hope that you are all doing well today.
I am showing you a picture of the walking trails in your neighborhood. I used to walk on them all the time. They are narrow and may have been crowded so during the pandemic I got in the habit of walking along the streets which are wider and less crowded. I kept up that habit but now the trails aren't crowded and it is safe to be around others outside, so why do I keep on walking along the streets instead of the trails? Habit!
Have you ever kept doing something out of habit and then realized there really was a real reason anymore?
I am sure there are many things I do out of habit, how about you?
Back to my trails, there is another reason I hesitate to walk there, there is a short steep hill near the beginning just beyond what you can see in the picture. So I have to get in better shape so I can get back up that hill at the end of my walk.
That leads me to exercise. Yesterday I walked with a friend. Not on that trail but there were some hills to help me get in shape. Today I'll continue with flex challenge and go another walk, hopefully with a hill or 2.
Now I would like to hear from you Ppals. What have you been up to. I hope you all have a great day. Get some exercise, or rest and be sure to eat tasty healthy food.
