Workout request: More mid-length level 2 core workouts
Hi all!
I would love to see more level 2 core workouts, particularly mid-length (25-45 minutes) ones. If I do a search for those parameters I get 14 videos, of which 5 are pre/post-natal, 4 are more lower-body focussed (think lower body Pilates), a couple are for the lower back, and only 2 are the kind of thing I'm looking for.
These are the two that are perfect in terms of the length, focus, and level of difficulty:
I just finished a program and substituted both of those in for the level 3 mid-week core workouts, so I'd love some more level 2 core workouts of a similar length that I can use for those workouts as well (or suggestions from other users for something else!)
