You know how someone can't wait for their next drink, or fix, we'll, for me, it's food. I literally think about it all the time. What I'm going to eat next. When can I eat next. What is it going to be. Getting anxious about planning it, prepping it.
I have a large issue with binge eating, I just really like to stuff my face!
I'm not overweight. I'm not underweight. I'm 5'10, 145lbs. I weightlift, follow a roughly 2,000 calorie meal plan guideline. I eat what is states, and enjoy the larger portions I get from eating healthy. I feel great.
I just can't stop thinking about food. My next fix. How to I curb this obsession??
I did struggle with anorexia in highschool, and also have an extremely high metabolism. I can put food down. I also allow myself days where I eat cake, or a cheeseburger, chocolate. I have a healthy relationship with food, and my body.
