I have been dealing with some inflamed tendons around my ankle for about a month and a half, which has significantly influenced my workouts (all low impact and slow). After a doctor's visit today, I think it'll be better if I try and stay away even from LI cardio or things like walking workouts to keep from aggravating it more than I need to. But I still want to keep my workout routine!
So, what are some of your favorite pilates, upper body, and core workouts that don't involve added cardio intervals? (That always seems to be the kicker.) I'm also trying to stay away from lots of plank positions or lunging motions, since the way the foot bends supporting weight isn't good (so no yoga either).
