Hello Pals! Sorry for the late start I normally post early in the morning or right before work but today I had a million things to do and I didn’t have time to think of something interesting to say, which actually gave me an idea.
I read Haley’s article on time management, I can’t remember when, and I wanted to try to improve my time management but since I’m a major procrastinator, hang on, there’s an article for that too, I haven’t done anything of the sort.
Have you read the article by any chance? If yes, what are the 3 key components of time management?
And what’s on schedule for today exercise-wise? I did Day I don’t know what of the Bodyweight program and now the pain is in my other shoulder. Yeah… why not?
I need to go back to work now, this is a crazy day.
