Best programs for women in menopause with no medical issues age 60 +

Hey

I am turning 60 this week and in menopause and would like a program to suit my needs . Less cardio and more strength, Pilates etc

Keen on a right meal plan . I don’t eat a lot of meat but fish okay .

I am not obese 61 kgs , (134 lbs +). I prefer vegetarian and some dairy .

Been doing FB plus since COVID lockdown . My handles are not reducing and my more fat lower abs.
