After years of home workouts with FB, I’ve finally joined the adjustable dumbbells family 😃 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾. I will start lifting heavier (my old weights were 10kg max. These are 24kg for each hand ) and I’m so excited.
I have been wanting adjustable dumbbells for years now and was saving for them. Luckily, I got gifted these babies (thank God for birthdays ☺️). I am never ditching home workouts now 🤭🤭.
