New Plus Workout: Seated Total Body Stretching Routine

I hope you are having a great week and an excellent start to 2023. Today's routine is a relaxing, seated, total-body stretching routine to help you feel looser whenever you need it.
This 16-minute routine has 15 different stretches with no repeats. We stretch for 40 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds. However, you can continue stretching through the 10-second break if you need a longer stretch.
This routine can be used as a standalone workout, a cool-down, a mid-day stretch break, or for a recovery day. Each stretch can be modified to a different position, like standing or lying down. That said, please modify when and if necessary to get the most out of this routine.
