Happy Monday Pals! I'm going to make this quick since I'm short on time, gotta get to the dentist soon before heading to work for what I expect to be a busy start to a busy week.
Another reason I have to keep this short is because of noodle arm syndrome after just having finished day 4 of the FB Strong Challenge. What a great comprehensive workout for my first session with Brian. It won't be the last. Once I build up the mental fortitude I'll be back 😄.
So what's on your calendar for today? I'm lagging in the challenge, turning 5 days into two weeks, but that's just my speed these days.
Now to go shower and wash my hair. At least I won't have to lift my arms over my head tomorrow.
