Daily Check-in: Monday, January 9th

Hello, Blendfriendz!

How are you all doing today? How was your weekend?

I hope it was grand!

And let's give a rousing THANK YOU to both Coby for taking care of the weekend, and for Miss Raven for the past two weeks of hosting! You two are very much appreciated!

So guys; how goes it? How's life treatin ya?

I hope it's going as well as it can. I been finding it quite frustrating lately, but hey, that's how it goes sometimes.

Now as for workouts? What's happenin on that front?

I know quite a few of you are starting Strong 3 today, and I wish you luck with it! I really hope you enjoy it. I'm still in a strong 'do what I want mood' and will continue winging workouts for now. But for today, I want a good thorough lower body routine. It'll be a toss up between Tasha and Kelli for which workout I'll pick.

And for food? What's on the menu for today?

Not sure. We got some leftover stuff in the fridge that will do just fine, methinks.

Pic today? A chicken! A grumpy chicken! A grumpy Maude chicken! Why is she grumpy? Because she's Maude! And maybe because it's a Monday!
