How about that same question to a workout? ..I'm all the yay to that as it will be day 5 of the free challenge.
I'm also glad it's lower body because Brian's upper body strength from day 4 was a total killer! If you want shaky noodle arms and upper body that feels like cardio and also have you questioning if you can wash your hair afterwards, then Brian has you covered!
