We have officially made our way through the first 4 days of the challenge! Today we did the upper body workout with Brian and let’s just say all of those comments about the burn now make perfect sense haha. Going to have some sore muscles tomorrow!
We have limited space and only one set of dumbbells today, so Daniel did the workout before I did. Once he was done, his words of wisdom to me were: “lift lighter, definitely lighter than whatever you think you need!”. Good advice and it’s still a challenging workout.
Can’t wait to workout with Amanda tomorrow! Good luck to all of our long distance workout buddies.
