So how are we doing as we near the end of another week? I'm a little tired (it has been a crazy couple days) but feeling mostly alright. But being that the weekend is nigh, let's look at and possibly update the g(hosting) schedule!
January 7th & 8th: Coby
January 14th & 15th: Shabnam
January 21st & 22nd: Inge
January 28th & 29th: Lea
If anyone has an interest is guest hosting the weekend in question or any weekend after it, just let me or Kim know and you'll be up here! And thank you for volunteering!
Okay, so workout talk time. Is it just talk (which is perfectly fine) or did you put feet to mat? ..I haven't yet, but do plan to get to day four of the free challenge. Upper body strength training with Brian! I have been looking forward to working out all week with this challenge--it has been so fun!
Now onto some food. We gotta pre and re-fuel, so what is it? No idea over here but that's kinda my running modus operandi.😅
