We tackled our Day 3 workout really early this morning before work and even breakfast. We loved the balance moves - there is no better way to work the core! It’s also such a great way to increase coordination and help build what you need to avoid injury in workouts and everyday life.
This workout was perfect for today because the muscles of both our upper & lower bodies are plenty sore after days 1&2 🔥
