What is your stress coping strategy?

I realize that when I am stressed out at work (literally living a 9-5 song where “they just use your mind”), I use food to cope. And this is during work and after work. I usually reach for vitamins or will order food that has things I don’t need - mainly sugar.

I tried exercising before, but that was too much. Stress is a part of everyone’s life, so I can’t continue using food.
