Should we start with a wildflower for the half way day?
Okay!
So for our long overdue #WildflowerWednesday, we have some Climbing Aster. I half expected these to show up knowing they are one of the few Winter bloomers. It doesn't climb by tendrils like most viney plants do, but by sprawling itself around nearby vegetation. The flowers also have a sweet fragrance to them, so it is a pleasant winter sight and smell when there aren't too many showy flowers around right now.
Alright, now onto some workouts! Got one you are looking forward to? Even if you are not looking forward to it, remember how awesome it feels to get it done! And that you can also modify to suit your needs for the day. Modifying also includes just not working out at all. Every day is different. ..I plan on day 3 of the free challenge in just a little bit here. Core and HIIT! Now that's my kinda workout! Well, I like all kinds, but core work and HIIT is such a combo that I enjoy! Good luck whatever you are doing!
Food? Who knows! I do have plenty of frozen veggies that have saved the meal. But I think today might just be a sandwich kinda day. Feel free to share all your eats!
