HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group January 4th

I haven't said much about my reflections and new goals. I am still trying to organize my plans and goals for the year. There are a lot, so I am putting extra care into my plan of attack. But as I reflect on last year the first 3/4 was great. I saw my family again, we had a wonderful holiday in Italy, I had a holiday with a colleague, my German improved, and I made great strides with running (pun intended!). I had other small wins too. The last 1/4 of the year was hard, at work, home, and generally felt tough. I have hope for this year though. Let's see where it takes us.

Today's workout is HIIT and core, Good timing because I felt yesterday like I wanted to hit my core. I will continue to work on my goal map I am calling it. And perhaps I sneak in today's yoga challenge if I feel like it.
