A couple of hours ago, Daniel and I finished Day 2 of the 5 Day challenge (and now we understand all of the comments we read beforehand about burning shoulders 😅). The upper body strength moves were fun and the cardio bursts really drove up the heart rate and sweat factor.

We’re curious - while you are following along with our programs or challenges, or putting together your own routine, are you working out by yourself or with a partner? Do you prefer one way over the other?
