how are we doing today? first week back at school and can spot some colleagues here and there.. had a fun conversation at lunch about dating (woes). then got invited to a school event now following the amusing conversation. and i am thinking do i really want to go? i mean, hello, social anxiety! 🙄😮
anywho, back to workouts. i have Day 3 of Strong 3. what i like about this program is there are unusual ECs -some that i may never have chosen to do myself. so today, i am going to choose an option that i usually don't for the main workout -yoga. have you lately tried any new-to-you exercise types? and what was your experience?
gotta take lil fur baby for her annual vaccination shots this evening. someone will not be happy. might have to buy her a new toy at the vet 😇
