I'm running fairly busy today, so I'll be a little quick!
Any workouts today? I'm going to try and fit day 2 of the free challenge today which is an upper body with Tasha. Yesterday was really fun with K&D. So fun, I didn't realize how sore I'd be, lol. Good luck to everyone and thier workouts!
Food is the usual I don't know. I hope you got something more edible than that, but for me, I'll just figure it out later!
