I decided to write down some goals for this year. I don't like resolutions, but just goals to work towards is great. I'm pretty sure I forgot a few, but these are definitely the main goals for this year. I'm currently squatting 60 kilo, Hip thrust is 60 too. And today I did 2 sets of 4 reps Deadlifts with 60 kilo, so I feel these goals should be doable and realistic. Main thing is just staying consistent with my workouts of course. I have been doing 5 workouts per week for 25 weeks straight now. But I do really love increasing the weight I lift, so definitely have those goals too. And some more stroke recovery related goals like getting the hand flat. I can get it sort of flat at certain times in the day, but not all the time so I want to get it to be possible all the time and put weight on it.
