My husband is just starting out with fitness he is super strong and wants to lose weight and get fitter, but he’s really not that flexible or cardio fit. what workouts do you recommend which will keep him interested are challenging but not impossible and he will see results from? I was thinking strength but lighter more cardio based? Thanks so much!
