I've been on and off fitness blender for the past six years.
I'm back on the weight-loss and lifestyle upgrade journey of caring for my body.
I have a secret that id like to share with you all... I want to have another child (baby) I am blessed mother of four.
This past year ive healed and built and grown so much on the inside.
But physically I've been at my worst.
This year ive reached the highest weight I've ever reached (71 kg) currently my weight is 39 kg (I'm not tall...ð)
I want to have another precious child
But I've only been consistent in weight loss/healthy living while pregnant, a time that I didn't need to judge my body for tye way it looked. That is when I have been at my best shape comparatively
That is after giving birth...
So now I want to prove to myself that I can lose weight and be consistent by just doing and being with the way I am
Whatever that is
...I forget how much I loooove working out and how a healthy intake makes me feel light and vibrant...
So I'm challenging myself to a 4 week 5 day challenge
Each week a different one
And (!) Eating healthy and mindfully- mindfully is a challenge forsure ðĪŠ
And to be down either 2 kg or more by the end of four weeks
I CAN DO IT! ...right?
