Last night I randomly decided I was going to try 50 kilo Deadlifts and 50 kilo Hip thrusts. So today at the gym I went for it. And I got it done. I wasn't sure I was going to succeed. I haven't been doing Hip thrusts regularly because setting it up myself is tough. I was doing them with 40 kilo before. And Deadlifts are problematic because of the grip of the left hand. I managed 3 sets of 4 reps before my grip gave out.
Very proud and satisfied I got it done. Will be doing both of these exercises more often again. Feels good succeeding at things again!
