Hello there Pals! How are you? It’s been a week since I last worked out and I’m going slightly mad… My shoulder feels fine most of the time but I know it would be foolish to start getting back into overhead presses and push-ups (which I can’t even do anyway) so I’ll stay put for a little while. I found this video of a physical therapist who shows how to do some exercises if and only if you can do certain movements without pain.
Anyway, enough of my diseased shoulder and on with the show. I mean thread. Normally, I choose a topic and then, if I’m lucky, I find a more or less matching picture I can attach. This time it’s the other way round so if I’m not able to attach the image at the end, I’ll be MAD. So if you’re reading this post with the picture I’m already in the kitchen making my pizza dough. Oh, yeah.
You could ask but what has it got to do with working out? Well, we could make a comparison with people who claim you can’t make great progress by only working out at home. We know it’s not true. It’s merely the arrogance of people who think their experience is more valid. What you see in the picture is what’s supposed to happen. People sharing their experiences with others. So today’s questions: Could you share an experience that might be interesting/helpful to others? Have read anything you could recommend? Could you recommend a good workout routine you liked?
