HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group December 20th
Good last Tuesday before Christmas! 🎄🎅🏼
This is the first of my days off from work and I feel like I have a long to-do list to get through. Some boring things, like housecleaning and running errands, and some fun things like wrapping gifts, baking treats and watching a Christmas special that David is not interested in (Rick Steve’s European Christmas). I’m not putting any pressure on myself to get everything done. It’s time to relax and breathe and enjoy this time off.
I will also continue the 12 Days of Fitmas challenge, but this time I might choose an on-demand video instead of a live class. I’ll see how my day lines up.
And now that they’ve finally cleared the snow banks from our sidewalks, I hope to go walking with David this evening to go look at Christmas lights. There’s something special about a walk on a cold and quiet Winter night.
