HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group December 19thππ§π¦
Hello Blendfriends and welcome to Monday -- for me it will be the last "working" Monday of 2022, I hope that is the case for the rest of you as well. I was a little surprised when Toasty mentioned it was the last Sunday before Christmas, but there you have it!
Over the past couple days I've been easing back into normal life after that terrible cold I had last week. My latest workout was just a couple hours of shovelling snow, but it felt really good to be able to do it... even if I did take an epic nap, afterwards. Now that I'm feeling better, I'm quite eager to get back to morning workouts. I'm starting easy and will see how it goes. Today, I won't have to go to the office till afternoon, so my early morning is not too compressed. I've got bread ready baking, and I just did my favorite stretching workout: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/relaxing-total-body-stretch
Iit felt amazing! I think I really needed some deep stretches! What a good start to this week π And, on that note, here's today's quote:
