I have had a two week workout break due to a very mean cold. I have been feeling better the last two days and today felt the urge to move a little, so I decided to a short, easy workout. I chose this one: https://youtu.be/fGtsIU-Nr3o
I made it just a little more than half way through and even that with lots of modifications. I treated myself with some nice strechting and called it a day. Because that's where I am at today.
I am so happy and proud that not only did I listen to my body, I am also completely at peace with it. I am not worrying about any fitness goals or calories burnt. That would not have been possible a couple of years ago.
Just wanted to share this as little achievement for myself and maybe as reminder for others, that a healthy lifestyle does not only consist of workouts and healthy eating (what that is, is a whole other topic 😉)
