Hello, I'm looking for a way to modify the walk-down exercises included in many FB workouts. They give me a sore lower back, which - I know - means I need to strengthen my lower back, but is there a good work-around for them? Or any good workouts that someone can recommend to slowly re-strengthen the lower back?
