Hi everyone. When I joined FB back in 2020, I was in the best shape of my life. I was working out 4-5 days per week, I was eating relatively well (considering I was also a college student who worked at a cafe with very few healthy options), and I was feeling really good. Since graduating college, I've been struggling a lot more to set a routine for myself that includes making time for workouts, and I've definitely been struggling with healthy eating (mostly controlling my cravings and saying no to desserts). Though I'm not overly self-conscious about my body, I know that I have unhealthy habits and I want to get back to my better habits and start feeling really good again. Does anyone have any advice on small steps/changes that can help me ease my way back into healthy habits?
