Hello Pals! How are you today? I’m planning to catch up with you later regarding yesterday’s question but it’s a rather busy time of the year here at work.
Anyway, according to the doc’s orders I need to rest my shoulder which is going to be difficult. I have been working out for nearly seven years and I haven’t taken breaks longer than 4 or 5 days… Maybe it’s time to but I’m apprehensive because working out is a significant part of my days and I know I’ll feel a bit lost. On the other hand, if I want to go back to working out without pain or anticipating pain I need to relax now. I’m wearing a medicated plaster right now which is supposed to reduce the inflammation. Go little plaster, go!
In other news, I promised you facts yesterday and so I did some thinking and here’s a question to which you might want to know the answer: Why does skin – especially of the fingers and toes – become wrinkled after prolonged immersion in water? Well, the tips of fingers and toes are covered by a tough, thick layer of skin which, when soaked for a prolonged period, absorbs water and expands. However, there is no room for this expansion on fingers and toes, so the skin buckles. Here’s another question: Why can’t we tickle ourselves?
It's International Tea Day so drink tea. And if drinking tea is not your cup of tea then drink fruit fusion.
