I just purchased your meal plan and workout to help keep myself on track. I figured it would be a good start to the new year. but i have not received an email yet showing the meal plan or the workout. but i know its payed for because i see it on my visa. so my question is how long does it take before I can access my meal plan and workout? thank you :)
