I'm a bit outta sorts today. Got some bad news last evening, and still trying to deal with it. But, that's neither here nor there. So, let's do a check-in, shall we?
What's happenin with workouts?
I didn't get a workout in yesterday, so I'll do an upper body routine today. Might do the one with Nicole and the push intervals. It's quickly become one of my favorite upper body routines. I'll probably then pair that with Nicole's physioball ab routine--which has also quickly become one of my favorite ab routines.
What's on the menu for today?
I really only want more coffee at this point!

You guys remember Dan Quail, and his best bud Scallopini the chicken? Well theyre both doing well; and have a new friend: Betty (bob)White! So now we have Dan and Betty the bobwhite quails, and they both live happily with Scallopini the chicken. They're kinda cute and fat little things, eh?
Anywho, that's enough from me today!
