Hi all! November was a month with lots of rest days (lovely FB-plus feature). I had 13 rest days in total and did 9 FB workouts, my other workouts were bouldering. I needed a little break and enjoyed it. However, I did want to get my routine back. Since the mornings are dark and cold in my part of the world right now, I needed something that would not make me want to stay in bed when I thought about having to do that workout.. (Getting out of my warm, comfy bed into the cold to do a level 5 hiit does not work for me ;) )So, I am doing the FB plus Reach challenge. I am back into my routine, I am moving and I am enjoying it.
Also taking it slowly because my SI-joint is annoyed and seeing a PT for it.
Breaks are a good thing. We are not meant to go full speed all the time.
